Subject: Guidelines for conducting G.P.Rating course.

All GP Rating Training Institutes,

Sir,

I am directed to invite a reference to this office Training Circular No. 3 of 2004 dated 05.02.2004 wherein we have issued guidelines for conducting G.P.Rating course which shall come into force with effect from 01.04.2004. The same may be seen at our website www.dgshipping.com

It will be observed from clause 5.1 and 5.2 of the above guidelines that duration of the course has been increased to 25 weeks and the course shall commence on 1st working day of January, April, July, and October. You are therefore requested to comply the above guidelines for starting of the next batch. In case any institute starting the next batch other than the months indicated above such course will be treated as violation of the above guidelines and the students will not be eligible for issuance of CDC & appropriate action will be taken.
