| Sub: Inspection of branch offices of recruitment and placement service providers |
- Addendum to Crew Branch Circular No. 3 of 2007 dated 24.07.2007, on the subject.
- Reference is invited to Crew Branch Circular No. 3 of 2007 dated 24.07.07 wherein criteria for approval of Branch offices of RPS is indicated. Considering that there is need to further clarify the procedure, the following may be inserted after sub-para 2.5.
- To be inserted 2.6 "The declaration/undertaking may be submitted to the Director, Seamen's Employment Office concerned who would verify the declaration as per required criteria and issue addendum to RPS licence of the company under intimation to this Directorate".
- All other terms and conditions of Crew Branch Circular No. 3 of 2007 remains unchanged.
