Sir,
1. Kind attention is invited to Crew Branch Circular No. 1 of 2007 dated 19.01.2007 wherein the procedure for submitting Form III of the RPS Rules, has been described.
2. It may kindly be noted that w.e.f 5th Feb. 2007, data required for Form III can be submitted "online" either by 'keying in' the data or by forwarding the data of Form III in excel format by e-mail to dgship@dgshipping.com for uploading from the backend by the Directorate.
3. Provision to facilitate "uploading" the data directly by the respective RPS providers, is also been developed and is expected to be operational by 20.2.2007.
4. All RPS providers are requested to ensure that their monthly report for the month of Jan. 2007 is submitted at the earliest.
